NexDroid Open Platform
The NexDroid Open Platform provides secondary development solutions across multiple platforms.
Capabilities
NexDroid is a general-purpose, open industrial motion software platform. Using the C++/Lua/C#/Python language interfaces provided by NexDroid, developers can rapidly build automation equipment across different industries.
NexDroid supports multiple hardware and software platforms and can be easily ported to hardware based on Intel or ARM architectures, with support for real-time operating systems such as Linux, SylixOS, VxWorks, and NXICORE.
NexDroid's motion control interfaces comply with the PLCopen standard and provide standard process support for single-axis, axis-group, master-slave, and electronic cam operations.
Supported communication protocols include EtherCAT, PROFINET, Modbus, TCP/IP, CC-Link IE TSN, and more.
NexDroid also supports OPC UA and component-based programming models based on DDS or IEC 61499.
NexDroid also supports robot models for more than 20 robot types, including 4-axis, 6-axis, and collaborative robots, and allows customers to implement custom kinematics and dynamics algorithms.
Built-in General Processes
The system comes with a range of built-in general processes, including loading/unloading, sorting, palletizing, spray painting, adhesive dispensing, vision, and conveyor tracking, and can be customized to meet user requirements. Using these built-in general process functions, users can implement the processes they need quickly and easily.
Open Interfaces
The iNexBot NexDroid Robot Open Platform provides open API interfaces so that anyone can build applications. Customers can integrate processes through secondary development using C/C++/C#/Python/Lua/JavaScript, keeping core process know-how in their own hands and protecting their intellectual property and domain expertise.

Offline Programming
The iNexBot control system supports offline programming and is compatible with several offline programming software packages, including SprutCAM, RobotMaster, and PQArt, enabling broad application in fields such as engraving and spray painting.
High Precision
With the support of the robot body's accuracy, the NRC series control system achieves trajectory accuracy within ±0.4 mm and repeat positioning accuracy within ±0.02 mm.
