In one flexible arm test, full-parameter calibration with the iNexBot automatic calibration system improved TCP accuracy from 3 mm to 0.5 mm — a 500% improvement.

Highly Integrated All-in-One System

The system integrates laser tracker measurement, robot motion control, automatic calibration/measurement point planning, fully automatic calibration and testing process control, and algorithm computation into a single unit. Combined with the laser tracker's lightweight design and built-in power supply and Wi-Fi, it enables rapid operation, greatly improving work efficiency and lowering the barrier to use.

High Flexibility

While remaining easy to use, the system allows free configuration of the number of calibration points, test repetitions, load, speed, and dwell time to suit on-site testing requirements.

Motion Control Module

With integrated robot position planning and motion control modules, no user programming is required during testing — all operations can be completed within the laser calibration system, lowering the entry barrier and shortening commissioning time while greatly improving test stability and efficiency.

Measurement Point Generation and Test Environment Management

The system automatically connects to the robot, reads robot parameter information, and automatically plans the measurement point positions required for calibration. A built-in test environment management module provides unified management of robot information, control system information, test environment, test instrument information, load information, and speed information. Test reports support export of the test environment.
