The NexDroid Open Platform provides multi-platform secondary development solutions.

Capabilities

NexDroid is a universal, open industrial motion software platform. Based on the C++/Lua/C#/Python language interfaces provided by NexDroid, automation equipment in different industries can be rapidly developed.

NexDroid supports multiple hardware and software platforms and can be easily ported to Intel or ARM-architecture hardware carriers, compatible with Linux, SylixOS, VxWorks, Guoxun-Xinwei and other real-time operating systems.

NexDroid's motion control interfaces comply with the PLCopen standard and provide standard process support for single-axis, axis groups, master-slave, electronic cam, etc.

Communication protocols support EtherCAT, Profinet, Modbus, TCP/IP, CC-Link IE TSN, etc.

NexDroid supports OPC-UA and componentized programming models based on DDS or IEC-61499.

NexDroid also supports robot models, including 4-axis, 6-axis, collaborative and other more than 20 robot types, and supports user-defined kinematics and dynamics algorithm implementations.

Built-in General Processes

The system integrates multiple general processes such as loading/unloading, sorting, palletizing, spraying, gluing, vision, conveyor tracking, etc., and can be customized according to user needs. By using the built-in general process functions, users can quickly and conveniently implement the required processes.

Open Interfaces

The Nabote NexDroid Robot Open Platform provides open API interfaces, allowing everyone to build applications. It supports customers' secondary development and integration of processes based on C/C++/C#/Python/Lua/JavaScript, keeping core process expertise in their own hands, which is beneficial for protecting customers' intellectual property and domain expertise.

Offline Programming

The Nabote control system supports offline programming technology, and currently supports multiple offline programming software: Sprutcam, RobotMaster, PQArt, etc., widely used in engraving, spraying and many other fields.

High Precision

With the support of robot body precision, the trajectory accuracy of the NRC series control system can reach within ±0.4 mm, and the repeat positioning accuracy can reach within ±0.02 mm.
