Industrial Robot Controller C1102

Product Introduction

The iNexBot C1102 EtherCAT industrial robot control system adopts an IPC+RTOS architecture and supports the X86 computing platform along with a variety of real-time operating systems.

iNexBot's proprietary control algorithms support standard robot configurations including serial multi-joint, parallel multi-joint, SCARA, Cartesian, and linkage structures, with the flexibility to customize and develop multi-joint robots with specialized structures.

Thanks to its robust hardware platform and advanced algorithms, the NRC series control system supports heterogeneous multi-robot collaboration as well as synchronous motion and interpolation across up to 64 axes.

iNexBot currently supports a comprehensive range of general-purpose processes — arc welding, TIG welding, laser welding, resistance (spot) welding, laser cutting, spraying, dispensing, palletizing, and conveyor tracking — and also provides custom process development tailored to specific user requirements.

Through the NexDroid OpenAPI interface, users can independently design and develop process systems and human-machine interaction interfaces, and even implement their own robot forward/inverse kinematics and trajectory-planning algorithms.

The iNexBot control system has been validated on tens of thousands of industrial robot installations, earning customer trust through proven reliability and stability. The unique NexDroid Open API also provides excellent scalability and configurability to meet the needs of customers across diverse industries.

Product Features

Technical architecture

Excellent scalability. The NRC series robot controller adopts EtherCAT and CANopen buses to connect servo master and slave stations, supporting synchronous motion of up to 64 axes. It is widely used for robot and CNC equipment control. Compared with traditional pulse-based control schemes, it significantly reduces system wiring and maintenance costs while delivering outstanding scalability.

Trajectory optimization

Multi-robot collaboration and secondary development. NRC supports multi-robot collaboration, enabling simultaneous coordinated control of up to 4 industrial robots, and provides full support for customer secondary development.

Product Advantages

Genuine Multi-Robot Control

A single controller can simultaneously control up to 4 robots, each with independent parameters and programs. In Run and Remote modes, all robots can be started and stopped synchronously. The one-to-many architecture also supports pairing each robot with any type of external axis, including ground rails, positioners, and gantries. A dual-robot collaboration mode further enables fully synchronized start/stop between two robots.

Built-In General-Purpose Processes

The system comes pre-loaded with general-purpose processes including loading/unloading, palletizing, welding, weld-seam tracking, vision, laser cutting, conveyor tracking, collision detection, and drag teaching — all of which can be customized to user requirements. With these built-in functions, users can quickly and conveniently realize the desired process.

Flexible Programming

In addition to traditional teach-pendant programming, the system also offers PC-based teaching software and configuration-software touchscreen programming modes.
