Highly Integrated All-in-One System
This system integrates laser tracker measurement, robot motion control, automatic calibration/measurement point planning, fully automatic control of calibration/test processes, and algorithm computation. Combined with the laser tracker's lightweight design and built-in power supply, built-in Wi-Fi functions, it enables rapid operation, greatly improving work efficiency and lowering the entry barrier.
High Flexibility
On top of easy operation, the system allows free configuration of the number of calibration points, number of tests, payload, speed, dwell time, etc., to meet on-site test requirements.
Motion Control Module
The robot position planning and motion control module is integrated. No programming by the user is required during the test — all operations can be completed in the laser tracker calibration system, reducing the user entry barrier and commissioning cycle, and greatly improving test stability and efficiency.
Measurement Point Generation and Test Environment Management
The system can automatically connect to the robot, read robot parameter information, and automatically plan the measurement point positions required for calibration. Meanwhile, the system has a built-in test environment management module that can uniformly manage robot information, control system information, test environment, test instrument information, payload information, and speed information. Test reports support exporting the test environment.
