Laser Welding System

The iNexBot Technology laser welding system comes with built-in PWM output and requires no dedicated PLC or control equipment, making it simpler than traditional welding. Compared with previous laser welding solutions, it adds dynamic power control, intelligent wire feeding, and high-speed PWM pulse control to make the welding process smarter, faster, and more stable.

Product Overview

The iNexBot laser welding control system is specially designed for the laser welding industry. Built on the C2200-A02/C1102 controller and its matching teach pendant, it supports coordinated motion control of external axes. The modular system integrates welding machine communication, wire feeding control, power control, and full motion control, covering welding scenarios in basic hardware, home-appliance hardware, consumer electronics, construction, and other industries, while continuing to advance toward flying welding and hybrid welding.

Features

Dedicated Laser Welding Instructions

iNexBot robot laser welding systems come with dedicated laser welding instructions that fully replace PLC programming. The interface has been comprehensively optimized for rapid program creation, and spot welding instructions have been added for spot welding applications.

Dynamic Laser Power Adjustment

Laser welding is prone to undercut — where the weld fails to fuse properly with the base material, leaving a groove. It can also suffer from excessive temperature at the weld end and insufficient temperature at the start, both caused by poor matching between welding speed and power during the process. The iNexBot laser welding system has built-in dynamic laser power adjustment that completely resolves these issues.

Dynamic Wire Feed Speed Control

Some laser welding scenarios suffer from hot cracking (such as solidification and liquation cracking). In these cases, filler wire welding is needed to reduce or eliminate the cracks.

With conventional wire feeders, once welding starts the feed speed becomes uncontrollable, which easily causes weld buildup. The iNexBot laser welding system adds real-time wire feed speed control to ensure a clean weld appearance.

Secondary Development

For customers with individual needs, iNexBot provides a secondary development kit for laser welding processes. All laser welding functions are encapsulated in the kit, allowing customers to build their own laser welding interface and make the laser welding process their own.iNexBot Technology Open Platform
