Product Overview
iNexBot's wireless programming-free spraying software is a lightweight, intelligent control software for industrial automated spraying. It was developed to solve the pain points of traditional spraying equipment: complex operation, high programming barriers, low changeover efficiency, and dependence on specialized technical personnel. Leveraging core technologies such as wireless sensor tracking and intelligent trajectory replication, the software eliminates the tedious code programming and waypoint commissioning of traditional industrial spraying. It adapts to spraying flat, curved, and irregularly shaped workpieces, and is widely used in hardware, furniture, automotive parts, ceramics, plastics, and many other industries — the core intelligent control system for flexible spraying production in small-to-medium batches and multi-variety runs.

Compatible with multiple robot models
Wireless Record & Replay
Transmits complete trajectory coordinate data over a stable wireless link, freeing the operator from cable constraints and losslessly capturing multi-dimensional process information including position, orientation, and speed. After recording, the trajectory is replayed 1:1 with pinpoint accuracy, fully reproducing the path, orientation, and speed of the entire teach process — rapidly capturing manual spraying know-how and simplifying robot programming and commissioning.
Programming-Free
No programming background is required. The operator performs a single real spraying demonstration with the handheld teach gun, and the system automatically retains all trajectories and process parameters 1:1. Once the spray results pass inspection, the recorded file can be called up and launched with one click for fully automatic spraying — lowering skill requirements and quickly bringing new product processes into production.
Real-Time Pose Following
Through a high-speed wireless transmission link, the system resolves the three-dimensional position and full-orientation pose of the handheld teach gun in real time, mapping the operator's hand movements to the robot controller within milliseconds. The robot arm end-effector and the teach gun move in real-time synchronization: as the operator freely simulates spraying poses with the gun, the robot replicates the motion trajectory and gun angle in sync — move the hand and the arm follows.
Multi-Turntable Coordination
Compatible with small turntables, flip tables, and large turntable tooling, supporting coordinated spraying with up to 5 axes. The robot and each external turntable axis move in synchronized interpolation; workpiece rotation, flipping, and the robot arm's spraying actions are precisely timed, enabling complete, no-dead-angle spraying of complex irregular workpieces, ensuring uniform, stable film coating, and adapting to diverse tooling lines.Conveyor Tracking Spraying
For overhead-chain conveyor production, the workpiece trajectory is recorded while the line is stationary. During production, the system reads the conveyor encoder signals and the robot dynamically compensates coordinates in real time to track and spray moving workpieces. No on-site dynamic teaching is required, ensuring consistent spray quality on moving workpieces and adapting to high-volume continuous production on overhead lines.Model Selection
