Brief Introduction
R4D——Versatile and Customizable
As iNexBot's new generation of versatile EtherCAT IO, the R4D covers most of the external interfaces that users need, including 16 In/16 Out digital signal interfaces, 2 In/2 Out analog signal interfaces, and retains two customizable function expansion interfaces that can be used as CAN and encoder signal interfaces, eliminating the need for additional modules and saving customer costs. It can be expanded with other EtherCAT modules to meet customization requirements.

Advantanges
Multi-Functional
Integrates digital IO and analog IO, eliminating the need to purchase additional analog IO modules. The digital outputs include 4 relay outputs and 8 MOSFET outputs, which can be selected for use as needed.
Added PWM Interface
The R4D has added a PWM interface, which can be used to implement various features such as outputting different voltages, thereby enabling more external interactions.
Specific parameters: 2 output channels, single-ended, duty cycle adjustable from 0-100%, voltage 5V or 24V, frequency within 2MHz.
Customizable
Comes with two customizable interfaces that can be used as encoder signal interfaces and CAN signal interfaces. This eliminates the need to purchase additional signal modules, saving on factory deployment costs.
Expandable
Expandable with other EtherCAT modules as needed. If the current IO interface is insufficient, additional R4 or R2 IO modules can be added. When used with the NRC series control system, it can be expanded to 4 IO modules, meeting the majority of factory requirements.
Reliable
Selected high-quality electronic components, passing EMC, temperature and humidity, electrostatic discharge, and other testing items to ensure stable operation.
