Solution Overview
A 3D machine vision system detects the position and orientation of randomly stacked packages and sends position signals to the robot, guiding it to pick up the packages; a ranging sensor then measures the drop height so the packages are placed stably onto the conveyor line.

To create a recipe, simply calibrate the lowest place point in the recipe — no need to set product dimensions, pallet dimensions, or pallet pattern
Vision Calibration


Switch to the teach pendant and write the vision calibration program according to the vision vendor's requirements; once complete, run automatic calibration to verify that the coordinates sent by the vision system are accurate

Switch to the start page, turn on the depalletizing switch, and start operation
