In response to the pain points of traditional palletizing, iNexBot has launched a new-generation intelligent palletizing solution. Built around the principles of "minimal-effort operation, flexible efficiency, and safety and reliability", it features ultra-simple recipe setup, one-time calibration, automatic pallet pattern generation, and intelligent safety protection including anti-collision and depalletizing.
The solution also connects upstream and downstream, integrating seamlessly with other automated packaging equipment such as conveyors, stretch wrappers, and case erectors to streamline the overall process.

To commission a new product: enter the product dimensions and pallet dimensions, and the system automatically generates the pallet pattern and layer count — an average of 5 minutes to commission a new product, with instant, lag-free response when switching or editing recipes
Supports automatic generation of 1,000+ recipes and 60+ pallet patterns, with a rich library of layer styles and 2D visual preview so stacking results are precisely controllable, plus features such as label orientation

Shared Pick-Point Calibration with One-Click Grab Center Generation
Calibrate the pick point just once, and it adapts to the palletizing grab center of different products — while ensuring repeat positioning accuracy, it significantly lowers technical dependency and the operating threshold, achieving "calibrate once, use forever"

The system integrates multiple protection mechanisms: a laser safety radar scans in real time and stops immediately when the zone is intruded, protecting personnel
Multi-Grab
We offer a variety of flexibly configurable palletizing modes: the basic single-grab mode delivers a stable output of 8-12 boxes per minute; the high-efficiency multi-grab mode grabs up to 6 boxes at once, boosting throughput to 12-24 boxes per minute — an increase of up to 100%
Depalletizing
The system supports complete depalletizing with one-click parameter switching for quick adaptation to materials, visual preview, and efficient depalletizing that is fast and convenient to commission
Vision-Guided Depalletizing
A 3D camera vision system detects the position and orientation of randomly stacked packages and sends position signals to the robot, guiding it to pick up the packages — efficiently replacing repetitive manual work and reducing package damage.
Separator Sheet Handling
The system can automatically pick and place separator sheets with one-click parameter switching and visual preview, adapting to multiple pallet patterns to separate layers of materials — fast commissioning and efficient changeovers
Feature Activation
Interface parameters can be shown or hidden as needed — enable the required feature pages on demand, remove redundant parameters, and keep the interface clean and tailored to on-site operations
One-Click Import/Export
Supports one-click import and export of system configuration. Once one machine is perfectly configured, it can be copied 1:1 to all identical machines, greatly simplifying batch deployment and maintenance
