High-speed sorting

Enables intelligent sorting of goods on high-speed conveyor lines, with the robot vision system sending simultaneous position data and spatial attitude of the workpiece, guiding the robots through the high-speed sorting process individually or in collaboration.

Automatic palletizing and depalletizing

By combining the use of vision with the palletizing process of the NRC system, automatic depalletizing and palletizing processes can be achieved without the need for complex programming of the robot.

Loading and unloading

It can be used for loading and unloading machine tools in a variety of scenarios such as stamping, CNC, bending, etc. without manual guarding. Through 3D vision technology, the system automatically recognises the position data and spatial attitude of the workpiece in the material frame, ensuring accurate loading and unloading every time.


Precise positioning

Accurately locate the spatial coordinates and attitude information of the workpiece, so that incoming material can be positioned for gripping without having to be arranged or placed.

Adjustable collision strategy

We provide three strategies for users to choose from: collision stop, collision reverse offset and collision pause, to ensure safety while minimising the impact of collisions on productivity.


The NRC control system monitors the robot's speed, attitude and motor torque in real time, stopping the robot in time for a collision and buffering it in the opposite direction for some distance to ensure the safety of the robot and the commissioner. It also enables collision protection via torque sensor input values.


Traditional teach-in programming can be particularly cumbersome and disruptive during the programming of processes such as loading and unloading and palletizing. With the NRC system's SmartCapability technology, processes can be programmed quickly using drag-and-drop teaching. This greatly reduces programming time and increases programming efficiency.

Nabertherm's Smart Power Control technology makes robots smarter, adjusting trajectories and acceleration/deceleration in real time by reading input data from force sensing sensors in real time to make work more precise.


While intelligent control using sensors is supported, the NRC control system also supports intelligent control by detecting only torque without sensors.


Smart Power Control supports a wide range of robots, including 6-axis multi-joint robots, linkage robots, SCARA robots and other shaped robots. It is also compatible with end torque sensors and joint torque sensors for a wider range of options.
