Solution
SOLUTION
Machine Vision
Performing repetitive movements is not a difficulty for an industrial robot, whereas if faced with a disordered environment it needs to be able to recognise, analyse and judge the environment.
Usage scenarios
High-speed sorting
Enables intelligent sorting of goods on high-speed conveyor lines, with the robot vision system sending simultaneous position data and spatial attitude of the workpiece, guiding the robots through the high-speed sorting process individually or in collaboration.
Automatic palletizing and depalletizing
By combining the use of vision with the palletizing process of the NRC system, automatic depalletizing and palletizing processes can be achieved without the need for complex programming of the robot.
Loading and unloading
It can be used for loading and unloading machine tools in a variety of scenarios such as stamping, CNC, bending, etc. without manual guarding. Through 3D vision technology, the system automatically recognises the position data and spatial attitude of the workpiece in the material frame, ensuring accurate loading and unloading every time.
Strengths
Precise positioning
Accurately locate the spatial coordinates and attitude information of the workpiece, so that incoming material can be positioned for gripping without having to be arranged or placed.
Easy to deploy
No complex mechanical fixing design required, providing automatic mechanical reliability.
Easy to use, flexible parameter configuration methods
User-defined vision parameters with flexible parameter configuration and an intuitive, clean interface.
Conveyor tracking
Nabertherm's own tracking process reduces tracking errors without the need for complex programming.
Command-rich
We have subdivided the visual process of enabling, triggering, counting and running into multiple instructions so that users are free to customise their own visual process.
Multi-craft pairing
Vision processes can be used with multiple processes, such as loading and unloading, palletizing, and through vision can reduce manual teaching time and improve operational efficiency.
Multi-machine collaboration
The vision system automatically assigns multiple gripping tasks to multiple robots on the production line for collaborative gripping, achieving 1+1>2 efficiency.
Multi-brand support
Support for all brands of cameras such as Hikvision, Sensopart, Leica, Cognex, Keenes, etc.
Intellectual ability control
The NRC system supports moment detection control, using kinetic parameter recognition and moment sensor data to achieve collision detection and towing instruction.
BenefitsHigh sensitivity
Fast response time for rapid feedback of external forces.
High precision
Enables precise movement of spatial positions.
Adjustable parameters
The dragging direction factor is adjustable and can be adjusted to a relatively suitable value to make dragging easier.
Easy to operate
The NRC control system has a dedicated UI mode customised for drag and drop teaching, allowing easy and fast drag and drop teaching programming.
Wide range of application areas
Smart Power Control can be used for many applications, including assembly, product inspection and machining.
Adjustable collision strategy
We provide three strategies for users to choose from: collision stop, collision reverse offset and collision pause, to ensure safety while minimising the impact of collisions on productivity.
Safety
The NRC control system monitors the robot's speed, attitude and motor torque in real time, stopping the robot in time for a collision and buffering it in the opposite direction for some distance to ensure the safety of the robot and the commissioner. It also enables collision protection via torque sensor input values.
Convenient
Traditional teach-in programming can be particularly cumbersome and disruptive during the programming of processes such as loading and unloading and palletizing. With the NRC system's SmartCapability technology, processes can be programmed quickly using drag-and-drop teaching. This greatly reduces programming time and increases programming efficiency.
Precise
In manufacturing, small changes can mean the difference between success and failure. Nabertherm's Smart Power Control technology makes robots smarter, adjusting trajectories and acceleration/deceleration in real time by reading input data from force sensing sensors in real time to make work more precise.
Variety
While intelligent control using sensors is supported, the NRC control system also supports intelligent control by detecting only torque without sensors.
Compatible
Smart Power Control supports a wide range of robots, including 6-axis multi-joint robots, linkage robots, SCARA robots and other shaped robots. It is also compatible with end torque sensors and joint torque sensors for a wider range of options.
